USDA Inspected Beef

Buying a whole, half, or quarter beef can be expensive these days. That is why we sell by the pound so you can buy as much or as little as you like. We also offer small, medium, and large beef boxes for those who want to have some stock on hand for different meals. Each box contains a combination of our delicious ground beef, roasts, and hearty 1 1/4" cut steaks. We also offer a Griller's Delight box for the backyard enthusiast, containing a combination of brisket, ribs, 1/3lb hamburger patties, and our hearty 1 1/4" cut steaks.
